Once a clear plan is developed and approved with our client, we produce comprehensive drawings of the project. Where appropriate, we will undertake pre-application consultation with the local authority to give your project the best chance of approval. This ensures that all aspects of the design meet regulatory standards and local guidelines, ultimately streamlining the approval process and minimising potential delays. Our commitment is to facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances project success.

After securing successful planning approval, we prepare an extensive set of drawings and specifications to submit for a Building Warrant with the Local Authority, or approved inspectors in England. This comprehensive package addresses the technical aspects of the project, encompassing structural integrity, thermal performance, fire safety, and other essential considerations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Following the successful appointment of a Principal Contractor, our role extends to managing the building contract throughout the construction phase. This includes overseeing project timelines, ensuring compliance with specifications, and facilitating communication between all parties involved. Our focus is on maintaining quality standards and adhering to budgetary constraints while adapting to any changes that may arise during the construction process. Regular site inspections and progress meetings are conducted to ensure that the project remains on track and any issues are addressed promptly. Through diligent management, we aim to deliver a successful outcome that meets the client's expectations and project goals.

As a Certified Passive House Designer, my focus lies in creating precise thermal models that form the backbone of effective design. This proficiency enables me to craft project designs that align with the rigorous performance standards established by the Passivhaus Trust. I extend my consulting services across a range of projects, dedicated to promoting sustainable building practices.
